Monthly bonus points included in subscription plans: Valid only for the current month and do not roll over. Unused points expire automatically. Purchased point packages: Remain valid long-term with no expiration date and can be used across months or years.
Free plan: No commitment required. You can stop using it at any time. Paid plans: For recurring subscription plans, refunds are not available for unused service periods. You may cancel auto-renewal, and benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period. For one-time point package purchases, refunds can be requested within 7 days if no points have been used. Consumed points are non-refundable.
